Anyone can find it hard to live up to life’s challenges at some point in their lives. I am here to help you with emotional, social, work, school or health issues that may come up at different stages in life. Together, we can improve your sense of well-being, alleviate feelings of distress and resolve crises by exploring and enhancing your sources of resilience. Developing resilience can help you cope adaptively and bounce back after changes, challenges, setbacks, disappointments, and failures.
